Like the charts, this book no doubt contains
some human or mechanical errors. Be sure to complete and send
in the Registration Card (located behind the title page of this
book). Should the publisher, Sea Dog Marine, Inc., become aware
of any calculation or typographical errors of a serious nature;
Sea Dog will do the following: (1) Send a "Notification
of Error" to the person and address shown on each registration
card that Sea Dog has in its possession. (2) Post the "Notification
of Error" on Sea Dog's website at http://www.seadogmarine.com.
Buyers must notify Sea Dog Marine of any changes of address.
Sea Dog will not issue notices for anything reported in the
government notices listed below that are dated after April 20,
1999.

The Illinois Waterway's vertical clearance
for bridges is 19 feet above pool stage (APS) --- not 24 feet
as stated in the book on pages 153 and 157.
Self-adhesive stickers (to correct the
wording) are being mailed to all registered buyers.
